Respected Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against Jio AirFiber for non-resolution of service, despite repeated follow-ups and multiple raised tickets over the past 7+ days.
Details of the issue:
- Service Provider: Jio AirFiber
- Date of Service Disruption: 7th April 2025
- Issue: No internet connectivity since 7th April
I raised a service ticket on the morning of 7th April when the internet connection stopped working completely. The system scheduled an engineer visit for the following day, but no one showed up.
I waited another three days, and still received no response or support. I then cancelled that ticket and raised another one. Even with the newly scheduled visit, no engineer turned up. Jio keeps updating the time slots, but there has been no actual visit or resolution.
During this time, I also contacted Jio customer care multiple times, and every time I was assured that the issue would be resolved within two hours. Sadly, no action has followed these assurances.
It is highly disappointing that such a basic issue—router replacement and service restoration—has been continuously neglected. This level of service failure from a major provider is unacceptable.
I have attached copies of the tickets raised and cancelled as evidence.
I kindly request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to take necessary action to:
1. Ensure immediate resolution of my internet service
2. Direct the provider to refund or compensate for the days without service
3. Hold the service provider accountable for deficiency and delay in service
