3. Nature of Complaint:
It has been over 2 month 4 days since firstly Tech visit towards repair of televisions having case id: SPRB-MA9XJ6-QTMO3G-T2Y3J6-XWJX9T, and said please wait for 7days due to Parts of TV arrange from company.
Despite multiple calls via phone they always said wait for sometimes, no concrete response has been received from jeeves.
The standard response given by jeeves, via call is that they do not have any update and will revert in 48 hours. however no update has been provided to date.
I again contact the helpdesk no for lodge a complaint inspite of this i make a payment of Rs. 500/- and they said within 72 hours a technician will visit at your home and resolve the problem, but still now no techinicain will come.
When i contacting there about my concern they always said wait for 48 hours our concern team esclated of your issue and contact to him.

4. Relief sought:
Immediate resolution of my claim - either repaird or replaced of my TV insured as per the policy terms.
Compensation for mental agony and inconvenience caused due to unnecessary dalays and wasted time in follow-ups
Penalty on Jeeves consumer services Pvt Ltd for falling to meet their obligations under the policy.

I request the consumer court, kolkata to take strict action against jeeves consumer services pvt ltd for their failure to provide timely service and seek appropriate redressal as per applicable laws and regulations.
