I Arpit chaudhary, purchased a Hero Splendor Plus on 30th November 2025 from Jagdamba Automobiles, Jansath through full cash payment. The dealer has not given me the invoice, insurance, or required documents.
When I went for the first service, I was informed that my bike is not registered online, so the service cannot be done. The dealership staff, including the owner, behaved rudely and unprofessionally and refused to help.
This is a clear case of negligence, cheating, and unfair trade practice, causing me financial and mental harassment.
1. Direct the dealer to issue all documents immediately.
2. Provide compensation for harassment.
3. Impose penalty for negligence and misconduct.
4. Take strict action to prevent such practices.
