I, Meghana, am writing to file a formal complaint against an Instagram-based seller operating under the name Sana by Suji Kannan. On April 19, 2025, I placed an order for one suit set and made online payment through UPI. Despite the payment, I have not received any tracking number or the ordered product. I have made several attempts to contact the seller through messages and comments, but they have failed to provide any proper response or update regarding my order. This delay and lack of transparency constitute an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I am mentally distressed and feel cheated. Therefore, I request the Consumer Forum to take necessary action against the seller, direct them to either deliver the product or refund my money
