Complaint raised on 20 Nov 2025 (Ticket 1018447605) was closed without service. I reopened it and asked why; Kadapa dealer and IFB customer care could not explain who closed it. On 24 Nov, customer care promised resolution on 25 Nov or product return with refund plus compensation. No technician visit or call by 4 PM on 25 Nov; calling again only produced another “tomorrow” promise. Repeated deferments, lack of technician availability (dealer stated none on staff, hiring “tomorrow”), and unexplained ticket closure reflect unacceptable service failure. Request immediate escalation, firm service deadline, or initiate agreed refund with compensation.
