Subject: Complaint Against GoBolt for Deficiency in Service, Invalid Tracking Details & Failure to Honor Warranty

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Andy Dhotre, am filing this complaint against GoBolt for their continuous negligence, non-responsiveness, and failure to fulfil warranty obligations for my purchased product.

  1. I purchased GoBolt earbuds, which are still under valid warranty.
  2. I submitted the product for warranty repair/replacement 19 days ago.
  3. The company provided me with a Ticket Number and an AWB (tracking) number to check the status of my product.
  4. However, both the Ticket Number and AWB Number are invalid, and I am unable to track my product anywhere.
  5. The customer support team is not responding, and there is no valid contact number available to reach a responsible representative.
  6. They have failed to inform me about the current status of my product or how much additional time it will take.
  7. This clearly shows deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and gross negligence under the Consumer Protection Act.
This entire experience has caused me significant inconvenience, frustration, and mental harassment, and I have now run out of patience.

For the Hon’ble Commission’s reference, I have attached all necessary screenshots, the purchase invoice, chats with customer support, and the invalid tracking details.

I request the Hon’ble Commission to kindly:
  1. Direct GoBolt to immediately repair or replace my earbuds under warranty.
  2. Order the company to provide a valid AWB/Tracking Number and proper service updates.
  3. Investigate why the company issued fake/invalid tracking and ticket details.
  4. Award suitable compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and delay caused to me.
  5. Take strict action to prevent such unfair trade practices against customers.
