Sir ji on 10 February I purchase a smart tv damaged protection plan from go warranty
10 February 2025

Date 21 august I found a error in smart tv
Automatic switch off

And when I applied claim to go warranty

Then told me that your claim is for damaged protection and not for extended warranty

Total cost to repair is 8500

And damaged protection plan is also not activated

So I told them if plan is not activated then is your duty to inform me

Then told we mailed you for that but I didn't got any mail

I told if plan is not activated then refund my amount of rs 1200

Now they are saying that is non refundable

Means they will not provide any service

And free of cost they have charged me rs 1200

What is this sir ji

Help me thanks
