Subject: Complaint against Flipkart for non-delivery, cancellation without intimation, and mental harassment
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Gopal Sharma, residing in Rajkot, wish to lodge a formal complaint against Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd. regarding a prepaid order placed on 22-09-2025 via credit card for the following items:
1. Instant Water Geyser – Orient Electric
2. Ujala Prime BLDC Ceiling Fan
Despite Flipkart’s stated doorstep delivery policy, I was repeatedly asked by the delivery personnel to collect the items from their warehouse. I was provided the contact number of Mr. Vijay (Mobile: 9879854645), the warehouse head, who informed me that large parcels are not delivered to customer addresses. This contradicts Flipkart’s delivery terms and conditions.
I submitted an audio recording of this conversation to Flipkart and raised multiple complaints, but no corrective action was taken. Shockingly, on 31-10-2025, the order was cancelled without any prior intimation, despite the fact that I had already paid my credit card bill for the same.

• Communication records with Flipkart
• Audio recording transcript
• Screenshot of cancellation status
Relief Sought:
• Refund of the full amount paid via credit card
• Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
• Written clarification on Flipkart’s delivery policy for large parcels
• Disciplinary action against the delivery and warehouse team for unprofessional conduct
