Subject: Complaint against Ferns N Petals (FNP) for non-delivery of order and failure to issue refund
I, Harsh, wish to formally lodge a consumer complaint against Ferns N Petals (FNP) for gross deficiency in service and unfair trade practices.
I placed an online order with FNP bearing Order ID 6863818401, which was confirmed and fully prepaid, with a promised delivery date of 23 December 2025. Despite this assurance, the order was never delivered.
After the delivery date passed, I contacted FNP customer support multiple times. Instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly told to “be patient” and was subjected to automated/bot responses, with no concrete action taken. Even after waiting for more than 3 days beyond the promised delivery date, neither the product has been delivered nor has any refund been processed.
This failure has caused me embarrassment, mental harassment, and inconvenience, especially since the order was time-sensitive. FNP’s conduct clearly amounts to deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I am left with no option but to approach the consumer authorities, as the company has failed to honor its commitment or resolve the matter responsibly.
Relief Sought
I request the Hon’ble Authority to kindly:
Direct FNP to issue a full refund immediately
Award compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience
Take appropriate action to prevent such negligence and misleading practices
