I would like to file a formal complaint regarding a faulty CCTV installation done at my residence in Noida.
On 16/11/2025, I hired a local CCTV technician named Gurmeet, mobile number +919217156427 for installation of CCTV cameras. I made the full payment in cash, but:
1. The CCTV system is not recording any footage (no back/playback recording available).
2. The technician did not provide any bill or invoice for the installation and product.
3. After installation, when the issue occurred, the technician is not answering my calls and has completely stopped responding.
This situation amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, as I have neither received proper service nor the required invoice.
Therefore, I request you to kindly take necessary action against the technician and help me get:
A working CCTV system as promised
A proper bill/invoice
Refund or compensation for defective service
Thank you for your support.
