I had ordered an Aquaguard Water Filter - NOVA RO WS model from Eureka Forbes, Nagole Hyderabad Office on 6th April 2025, after paying the full amount of Rs 18500. I was promised that I would get the product delivered next day by the Senior Sales Manager, Mr D Upendra. After that, till today, he is neither answering the calls nor giving any update. I am a Senior Citizen, and it is causing me a lot of stress, to keep calling and following up. Even Eureka Forbes Customer Care is not of much help. How do I would get the full refund of my money ?
