I, ArunkumarJ, hereby wish to file a formal complaint against Eureka Forbes for deficiency in service and negligence towards customer complaints.
I own a Eureka Forbes water purifier installed at my residence. I have scheduled service requests on three separate occasions. Despite confirmed appointments, no technician visited my residence, and no proper communication or explanation was provided by the company. Repeated follow-ups have also received no satisfactory response.
A water purifier is an essential household appliance, and the company’s failure to provide timely service has caused significant inconvenience and hardship to my family. The repeated scheduling without any action clearly reflects negligence, poor service management, and lack of accountability.
I request the Honorable Commission to kindly:
Direct Eureka Forbes to immediately provide the required service.
Take appropriate action against the company for deficiency in service.
Grant suitable compensation for the inconvenience and mental distress caused.
I have attached copies of service request details and communication records for your reference.
I sincerely request your intervention in this matter and appropriate action at the earliest.
