Dear Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Domino’s Pizza (Ekdalia Outlet, Kolkata Gariahat 700019) regarding the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of their staff and their failure to deliver my order.
Details of the Incident:
• I placed 2 order at 2:02 & 2:08 PM on (13/03/2025), but it has still not been delivered.
• Upon following up with the store, the staff was extremely arrogant and rude in their response. Her name is Arpita
• Instead of assisting me, they bluntly refused to provide any solution and even asked me to travel to Mumbai to get their contact number for tracking my order.
• The experience was highly frustrating, and their lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect timely service and respectful treatment, but this incident has left me deeply disappointed. I urge the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against Domino’s Pizza for their poor service and unprofessional behavior.
I request:
1. A formal apology from Domino’s Pizza for their rude behavior.
2. A refund for my undelivered order.
3. Strict action against the staff responsible for this inconvenience.
Please let me know the necessary steps to escalate this matter further. I am willing to provide any additional details required.
