Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to lodge a complaint against Dhariwal Travels Indore regarding inconvenience and harassment faced during my recent journey.

Journey date: 29/09/2025
Seat No. 14 Lower
Travel no: MH09 ZW 0900
Dropped time: 10:55 AM

I had booked my travel from Panvel (Pick-up: Travel Parking) to Indore (Drop Location: Star Chouraha). However, the driver forcibly dropped me at Teen Imli Chowk, Indore instead of the booked drop point.

I have sufficient proof to support my complaint, including:
• Travel bill and ticket,
• Video taken at Teen Imli Chowk,
• Call records made while seeking help and justice.

Despite repeated requests, nobody from Dhariwal Travels helped me or responded properly. This has caused me great inconvenience, harassment, and mental stress.

I therefore request the Consumer Forum to kindly take appropriate action against Dhariwal Travels Indore for their deficiency in service and unfair treatment.
