I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern and negligence on the part of Cosmic Wellness Pvt. Ltd., regarding an order I placed on their official website.

On [insert date of order], I placed an order for a health supplement/product through their website and made full payment in advance (Order ID: [insert Order ID], Amount Paid: ₹[insert amount]). Since the order was placed, I did not receive any status updates or communication regarding the dispatch or expected delivery of my product.

After several days of silence from the company, I finally sent them an email today ([insert date]) inquiring about the status. In response, I was informed that the order is running late, without any definite timeline or explanation for the delay.

I find this highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This product is not a luxury or a non-essential good—it is an essential part of my daily health routine and directly impacts my ability to meet my daily nutritional and protein intake goals.

To add to the issue, the company has a refund policy that unjustly deducts 10% of the payment, even in situations where the delay is entirely their fault. I do not accept this deduction, as the failure to deliver lies solely with them. I demand a 100% refund of the amount I paid, without any deduction, due to:

  1. Lack of timely delivery,
  2. Absence of transparency or updates, and
  3. Careless customer service and handling of health-related products.

Enclosed are the following supporting documents:
  • Proof of payment (receipt/screenshot)
  • Copy of the email correspondence
  • Order details from the website
