I'm sharing my shocking experience with @BlueStoneJewellery, a brand I've previously trusted. Despite making multiple purchases and paying the full amount as per their invoices, I'm being asked to pay additional money. The constant, harassing calls are taking a toll on my mental health!

*The Issue:*

- I've paid for my purchases in full, as per the brand's policy and official old gold exchange offer.
- Yet, BlueStone Jewellery is demanding extra money, without any valid reason or explanation.
- Their behavior is not only unprofessional but also exploitative.

*The Harassment:*

- Repeated calls, causing mental distress and anxiety.
- False accusations of fraud, damaging my reputation.
- Attempts to shift the blame onto me, despite their own mistakes.

*My Demands:*

- Immediate withdrawal of the demand for additional payment.
- A clear explanation and resolution to prevent such incidents in the future.
- Compensation for the mental harassment, distress, and damage
to my reputation.
