Car24 executive asked me to take paid service in order to get best offers within 15 days. It has been around 20 days and I only got fake offers where no buyers respond back to my acceptance.
I called multiple times to Cars24 and there is no support from there side and now they are refusing to refund me the money.
They are running a scam by taking money from customers and only provide offers from fake buyers who first extend you offer but do not respond to your messages.
Cars24 first scam people with their false commitments and later show audacity to refuse refund.
Please help and also shut down their scam business.
