Subject: Formal Complaint Against Bright Edu Mentors for Non-Delivery of Promised Service

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against an educational service provider, Bright Edu Mentors. On 14th July , 2025, I paid an amount of ₹2800/- to them based on their commitment to provide me with online students to teach, as part of their tutoring service partnership.

However, despite the payment and multiple follow-ups, they have failed to deliver on their promise. No student leads or opportunities have been provided to me, and my repeated attempts to contact them have either been ignored or met with vague responses. This is the clear case of breach of trust and failure in service as promised.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against Bright Edu Mentors. I also seek a full refund of ₹2800/- and necessary penalties on the institution for misleading and exploiting individuals seeking genuine work opportunities.

Enclosed are the proof of payment, chat conversation, and receipts I have received from them.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,
Japneet Kaur
