Subject: Complaint Against Avodha for Not Issuing Certificate, Non-Refund, and Mental Harassment
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Rizwan Ali S , a student, am submitting this complaint against Avodha for failing to provide my course certificate and for causing me mental stress for almost two years.
1. Details of the Opposite Party

2. Complaint Details
I enrolled in an online course offered by Avodha and paid the required amount in February 2024, including an extra payment of ₹2,000 that they asked for.
I was assured that I would receive a valid course certificate after completing the training.
Even after continuous follow-ups, I never received my certificate.
The staff member I was in contact with, Dona Saju Thekkanath, later blocked my number, leaving me helpless.
For nearly two years, this issue has caused me anxiety, frustration, and emotional distress, especially as I needed the certificate for academic and career purposes.
3. Reason for Complaint
As a student, I trusted Avodha to provide proper services. But they failed to deliver the certificate even after taking the full amount and an additional ₹2,000. This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair conduct.
4. Relief Requested
I respectfully request the Hon’ble Commission to direct Avodha to:
Issue my course certificate immediately, or provide a written explanation for the failure.
Refund the entire amount paid, including the extra ₹2,000 given in February 2024.
Pay ₹10,000 as compensation for the mental stress and harassment caused over two years.
Take appropriate action against the Opposite Party for their unprofessional behaviour.
