I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order (Order Number: 408-7711580-7080302 ). I had placed an order for a Foot massager(Lifelong Calf), but I received a completely different item (Water purifier (Kinsco).
I request amazon to return of incorrect item and ensure to correct order deliver however they denied even after video and Photo shared of unboxing the product box.

Despite multiple attempts to contact Amazon Customer Service and even tweeting publicly, I have not received my refund nor a replacement. This is a clear case of:
I request amazon to return of incorrect item and ensure to correct order deliver however they denied even after video and Photo shared of unboxing the product box.
