Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mohammad Fouzan Khan, hereby submit this formal complaint against Amazon India regarding the non-delivery of my prepaid order and the highly unprofessional and rude behavior of their customer care representatives.

Total Amount Paid: ₹1,400
The above-mentioned products are genuine health supplements/medicinal products purchased for important health purposes. These are not home appliances, beauty items, or fashion products that can be ignored casually. Despite this, Amazon has shown complete negligence and lack of seriousness in handling my complaint.
Although I made full advance payment of ₹1,400, the products were never delivered to me. However, Amazon’s system falsely shows that the package was “delivered to resident,” which is completely incorrect. No product was handed over to me or any authorized person at my address.
We have been continuously contacting Amazon customer care regarding this issue, but unfortunately there has been no proper response or resolution. Instead of investigating the matter responsibly, their representatives behaved rudely and negligently. Shockingly, they stated words to the effect of “do whatever you want,” which clearly reflects their dismissive and irresponsible attitude toward consumers.
Due to this unfair trade practice, I have suffered a financial loss of ₹1,400 along with mental stress, inconvenience, and harassment. Moreover, the delay in receiving essential health products has caused additional difficulty and concern.
I humbly request the Honorable Consumer Court to:
Direct Amazon to immediately refund the full amount of ₹1,400.
Grant appropriate compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
Take strict action against such negligent and unfair trade practices to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I am ready to submit all relevant documents, including payment proof, order details, and communication records, for your consideration.
