This is Ankit Vawal and resident in Daund ( Dist Pune ) . I have been using Airtel since 2 years and recently there is very frequent outage every second day they are having outage and they provide with cliche response on unplanned outage. Unable to use the Wifi and it is impacting work. When asked for details why there is outage they dont have answer.

Secondly the outage is exactly at same time it goes at 11.30 a.m and resumes at 5.30 p.m. super suprising below are the dates when the service distruption with time stamp
5 June 2025 - Outage time : 9:29 PM to 3:27 AM
6 June 2025 - Outage time : 1:50 PM to 3:34 PM
9 June 2025 - Outage time : 11:25 AM to 5:22 PM <---- Suspicious timeframe ( exactly same almost majority of the days )
10 June 2025 - Outage time : 7:05 AM to 1:02 AM
14 June 2025 - Outage time : 10:55 AM to 4:52 PM <---- Suspicious timeframe ( exactly same almost majority of the days )
15 June 2025 - Outage time : 12:25 PM to 6:22 PM <---- Suspicious timeframe ( exactly same almost majority of the days )
19 June 2025 - Outage time : 7:29 PM to 1:27 AM
20 June 2025 - Outage time : 11:15 AM to 5:12 PM <---- Suspicious timeframe ( exactly same almost majority of the days )
21 June 2025 - Outage time : 12:40 PM to 6:37 PM <---- Suspicious timeframe ( exactly same almost majority of the days )

July
1 July 2025 - Outage time : 5:44 PM to 11:42 PM
5 July 2025 - Outage time : 12:30 PM to 6:27 PM <---- Suspicious timeframe ( exactly same almost majority of the days )
5 July 2025 - Outage time : 5:35 PM to 11:32 PM
7 July 2025 - Outage time : 8:24 PM to 2:22 AM
8 July 2025 - Outage time : 11:30 AM to 5:27 PM <---- Suspicious timeframe ( exactly same almost majority of the days )
8 July 2025 - Outage time : 5:20 PM to 11:17 PM
9 July 2025 - Outage time : 12:29 PM to 6:22 PM <---- Suspicious timeframe ( exactly same almost majority of the days )

I have escalated the concern and the Escalation ID : 1-12782930614 but this has happened many times and there is no proper permanent resolution to it .

Seem they are diverting the bandwidth to somewhere else as the time is exactly same most of the time. This NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED

First send an email to the customer care of the Airtel Appellate Authority - Ms. Neelam Sachade appellate.west@in.airtel.com, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to solve the problem you are facing with your Airtel Connection. This step not only gives the Airtel a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
