I booked an international flight through Goibibo (Booking ID: GOFLISTAI7VH5345433) and later cancelled it. Goibibo advertised that refunds are processed within 14 days, but it has now been over 25 days and I still haven’t received my money back.
Every time I contact customer support, I get the same reply: they claim the airline has not refunded the amount yet.
To verify this, I reached out to the airline directly - and they clearly confirmed that the tickets have already been refunded on their end and that the travel agent (Goibibo) needs to process it further.
