Respected sir/madam,
I am Bakul Kumarkhaniya. I have subscribed SBI health insurance(Aarogya Advance : Policy /Certificate No: POGM#####0408 : Policy Issue Date: 09/10/2024T17:26:18) while my wife was pregnant. SBI health insurance(Aarogya Advance) agent(Chauhan Ankita) has told me that arogya advance health insurance covered me, my spouse and my child(after his birth). At that time she ensured that when my baby will be cross 1 month she will add his/her name in arogya advance health insurance.
I contact her when my child cross 1 month, then first, she said send me the documents of my baby, my Aadhar Card and insurance ID, she will update it. Later on, she said his name will be added when insurance get updated.
According to me this was cheating with me because she can give me the full details that, I can add my child's name in policy when policy get updated. So that I can purchase my policy after 1 month later, But to fullfill her target she cheated me by providing wrong, false and misinformation.
I have all the evidences of promises what she made. Please take necessary step in this regard.
