Dear Sir,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against company name of Rajasthani Namkeen regarding a partial payment of 10,000/- made to their company account on December 24, 2024. This payment was intended for an agreement that was not finalized, as we could not reach a mutual consensus on the terms and conditions.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, Rajasthani Namkeen has failed to refund my payment and is currently holding my funds without any utilization or valid agreement. This situation is causing me financial inconvenience and is unacceptable. I am very mentally disturb due this issue.

I kindly request your assistance in issuing a notice to Rajasthani Namkeen, directing them to refund the full amount at the earliest. Please advise on the necessary steps to proceed with this matter.
