On the 30th of November 2025, I placed an order with the order ID #JW16063.
On 6th December I received an update that the order wont be delivered and the reason was provided as " Not delivered ".
The whatsapp customer care number does not have a whatsapp account. After emailing 3 of their accounts I received a text from another number saying wait for the delivery.
Till date I have not received the order . I paid 4,449 rupees for the order. I have emailed atleast 3 of their email ids for the order and called multiple times regarding the order. I contacted 2 numbers - 070462 64896 and 7862987518.
The person told me that the order will be delivered in 48 hours and has kept be lingering for over 2 weeks now. I have asked multiple times to cancel and refund atleast and they haven't even done that. Towards the end they said they wont refund the amount either. The stopped picking up calls and replying to emails or texts, when I enquired regarding the order the replied saying " wait " . I am tired of expecting the delivery or a response from such an irresponsible and unprofessional team.
