Dear sir
Booking. Com confirmation no 4854957554 of booking. com and cancellation dated December 19.12.2024. Non refund of Rs.5000 from Avantika Studio Apartment.
This has reference to above booking number.
Pursuant to the above confirmation the hotel insisted I pay them an advance of Rs.5000 as there was a rush of bookings at the place. I made the payment as requested on 8.11.2024. Subsequently I paid them advance of 5000 on 8.11.2024. A tax receipt invoice was sent on 8.11.2024 confirming receipt if afvance.
Since then I'm unable to contact the property on the phone number (7678144759) provided.
I then contacted booking.com which wants me to continue with booking at a different place at a higher cost from which they will offset the 5000 paid . Im not in a position to pay higher charges as it's out of my holiday budget. Alternatively booking.com will upon investigation release Rs 5000 but despite sending the payment details I have not received back the advance amount from Avantika Studio Apartment .
You're kindly requested to register a complain against
Avantika studio apartment, Baga Beach, Goa and Booking.com which has not yet been able to refund me the amount even after passage of 1 week.
Full details and confirmation etc with payment supporting is attached for your ready reference.
I request you to kindly arrange such that I receive back my afvance at an early date.
