Hi Forum/Sir & Madam,
I SantoshKumar B.Mishra have been targeted by Mr Rakesh (Agent of Bharti AXA mobile number 7506005025) he assured us good returns and misguided by porting the old policy (5015165078) already completed 7 years and in dormant (paid for 3 years as locking period) I was waiting for the 10-year completion and withdraw the policy to new policy (504-1129445).
He said 1 installment is adjusted and for next installment i have to pay only 18000/- and after two years i shall get 3lac if i close / surrender the policy.
These types of agents are spoiling the Bharti Axa name and restricting loyal customers to invest.
I appealed to the legal team and management of Bharti Axa to take strict action against these agents but there was no strict action and i lost my whole amount of around 2 lacs and interest on the same, i have been appealing with BhartiAXA complain and nodal team with no sucess.
Such people are still around and are making fool of people, i appeal to the consumer code to take strict action against Bharti AXA and such agents and force them to return my hard earned money with government approve Interest.
