I had made a booking for rishikesh , and the owner had informed me via call that she wont be able to host me and get this handled via mmt.
I had made a booking through smartbuy , and contacted them , they patched me to their mmt arm.
They kept on dragging this , and till the day before did not give me an alternate or a refund. I then asked them to cancel the booking and get me the refund and also give me a compensation for this harrasment.
I got a confirmation from the agent on call, that i can make a booking of any choice from any third party and they will pay me a compensation for it equivalent to the booking amount along with a refund for the cancelled booking. I have voice recording of the whole conversation.

They have later outrightly denied this , saying you cannot book via third party.
