Dear Team,
We have transferred Home Loan to PNB Housing finance from DHFL in Jan 2018. Loan amount Of Rs. 607950/-
LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER - HOU/KLN/1218/618620 from Kalyan Branch.
In this Scenario, We have provided 3 SPDC for Initial PF of Rs 5900/-( Cheque No 874287) , For Legal charges Rs 4000/-( 874288) and remaining was for balance PF. Rs 5900/-( 874289).
Firstly i want clarification about How your team Disbursed the loan without balance PF and Legal charges.
We have visited Kalyan Branch your representative told us we can disbursed the loan on the basis of Mail Approval.
Our Initial PF of rs 5900/-( Cheque No 874287) has been cleared on 26/12/2018 and remaining both are bounced.
After 6 Years charges are deducted from our account. No SMS, not a single call from your end from last 6 years.
After clearance of Initial PF cheque the deposited remaining Two Cheques without Intimation.
I am wondering How can disb the case without Balance PF and Legal charges.
As case was disbursed without balance PF and Legal charges with approval as confirm with your kalyan branch representative, the bouncing charges incurred by us,depositing a cheque without informing to us should be waived with the same approval.
We will not going to pay any single bouncing charges.
Request to you please share the Balance PF and Legal charges approval for our reference.
After that, We visited the branch for reducing the EMI request. but your representative not accept our request they told that we reviewed your account 2-3 months after that we will take your request.
Request to concern team, please look into this matter on Top Priority basis. I want final resolution. I want refund my charges. I want that approval.
I have accepted that i have signed the Sanction letter. But at that time no one from your bank representative is informed me to deposition about balance amount cheque.
After 6 years we visited kalyan branch for reducing ROI at that time they informing us about bouncing till we didn't have any information about our bounces
We are taking follow up from last 2 Months, As we said in trail mail if your team not able to resolve our problem within TAT
Also after bouncing the cheque no one is taken initiative to informed the customer and not any we didn't have any communication from your bank representative also.
PNB Kalyan team did froud with us. Request to you please look into this matter.
