Greetings of the day !!!
First of all, I wish to Introduce myself as MEP Contractor based at Delhi. With reference to our recent supply of DG set, wish to inform you that we have purchased a new 1250 kVA Diesel Generator set from one of the OEM M/s. Sudhir Power Ltd. on dated 25.11.2025.(attached invoice copy for your reference)
The DG set was delivered at our Delhi site first but due to one of our rental orders we have shifted the packaged DG set to the Gurgaon site and decided to commission at Gurgaon only. Further we have successfully installed the DG set at Gurgaon & as per company policy, first Commissioning of DG set is being done by respective OEM on FOC basis. But now M/s. Sudhir is asking for Commissioning charges since the DG set is not at old place where delivered and Cummins senior Management (Mr. Rishi Gulati – Sales & Mr. Ripudaman – Sales Head) is also supporting OEM making monopoly business policies and harassment done by both Cummins and OEM by asking bribe as well. Also wish to inform you that there is no policy of commissioning not done at different places, it is OEM/Cummins joint commissioning.
Request you to please intervene the same since Cummins is having a very good reputation in the market.
Further as you are aware GRAP4 is implemented in NCR and we are going to commission the DG set on our own and any mishappening (if happened) will be reported to Consumer court & Cummins/OEM will be wholesale responsible for the same.
Also I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and make an honest decision .
