The vehicle bearing Reg.no KA06 MA 0696 and in the name of Rekha N w/o Swamy.SM residing at Bank colony Chitradurga Karnataka.And we had an insurence policy of the National insurence company.Unfortunately we lost the smart key of the vehicle(innova crysta)on date 11.9.2024 same day we registerd complaint on KSP app and got report on that.and further we brought that same to the Manager branch ,National insurence company,Chitradurga to claim which coverd in insurence policy and they depute one vehicle surveyer to inspect the vehicle but no one hascame yet. And concerned also not responding properly.so iam helpless to claim my right ,and aspect justice through Consumer court.net Thanking you.

Sir, It was mentioned last page of policy, ie Lock and key protect Add on and I upload again the same.
