Dear sir/mam,
On 05.12.2024 I have initiated the process for wifi installation on Airtel fiber, Immediately sales man respond me that he have some special scheme which includes wifi, DTH, Landline and convinced me. I have paid 2500 as a plan for 3 months, On the same day they installed DTH but not wifi. After a follow up for 5 days(10.12.2024) they replied me my area is not feasible for wifi and they cancelled wifi request.
So I reply as my requirement is wifi not DTH so please cancel that too. And they have removed the DTH on 12.12.2024. Sa per their commitment the amount will be refund within 7 days. But still date I didn't receive the amount. When I contacted them they didn't respond me properly, they just make me to rome as to contact other teams and few of them not even respond me.
At final their reply was the amount will not refund the amount as it was charged for installation and some other fees. But I don't feel there is a mistake of mine. It is their fault to book the request for non feasible area and charge the fees.
