I had contacted a lift company in April 2025, which he agreed to finish installing lift service at my resident at an agreed sum of 6 lakhs.
I had already paid him ~4.5 lakhs , but he is avoiding all communications.
Once or twice he had lifted and mentioned that he will start but since then there has been no response and no showup.
