I’m facing a serious billing issue with Reliance Jio Fiber and need immediate clarification.
I recharged my Jio Fiber connection in October. After that plan ended, I was offered a ₹707 plan, which I used for 2 months. Once that ended, the same ₹707 plan was again shown to me and I proceeded accordingly.
Now, I’ve received a bill where your team is claiming that the second ₹707 plan was due to a technical glitch, and that I still need to pay again for the second month. This is completely unfair — how can customers be held responsible for your system errors?
If a plan is shown and activated from your end, why should the user bear the cost of your mistake?
Requesting Jio to resolve this immediately and correct the billing. This kind of experience breaks customer trust.
