I have shared multiple mails to CARS24 in this regard AN AMOUNT ON hold to be paid to me. I am not sure why Cars24 is taking so much time to sort out a simple issue. I sold my i10 NIOS through Spinny and without any calls or following up as and when they completed the sale they returned my hold amount of 10k. I am shocked as to why Cars24 cannot follow the same process.
I sold my CAR - Ford Figo, (vehicle No.KA ____ 3903), the car was sold on 13.08.2025 (August 13th) using services of CARS24, I sold it as a Private seller and a Private Buyer, one Mr.Suresh Lalu (MOBILE NO. -----------------425), has purchased the vehicle.
For using the services of CARS24 to help in the SALE PROCESS, I have paid Rs.7,500/- to CARS24 (Payment receipt is available.) The new buyer has also paid the same amount. This customer has taken a loan from CARS24.
TOTAL value agreed for the sale of the CAR was for an amount of Rs.3,55,000/-. OUT OF THIS
I had only received One Part payment on 12.08.2025 from CARS24 on behalf of the Customer for an amount of Rs.3,11,710/- FROM THAT ALSO A PART PAYMENT AFter weeks of following up was paid. While doing the sale the promise in writing was all in a matter of a few weeks.
FROM THE Balance pending amount payable to me was Rs.43,290/-. FROM THIS AMOUNT Rs.28,290/- was RECEIVED after weeks of following up, this was basically 25000 towards NOC and loan clearance, bes part is even the LOAN was from CARS24 and BALANCE Rs.15,000/- is pending even today after 4 months.
Since I had an active car Loan from CARS24 (Loan Ac NO. ________________60067) and the new BUYER Mr.SURESH was ALSO TOOK -LOAN/FINANCE FROM CARS24,
So CARS24 had to transfer the payments to me.
The advisor/employee of CARS24 who was part of the deal was Mr.Ataul (Mob No. ___________733), he had assisted the Buyer with the whole process advised:
1) Since I had an active loan from CARS24 I was advised that Rs.25,000/- will be on hold towards the loan clearance and once the NOC is provided the hold amount of Rs.25,000/-will be released to my account after the clearance of the LOAN AND NOC.
THe car was sold on 12.08.2025. I had made a payment to CARS24 FINANCIAL Services on 13.08.2025 and cleared my car loan (Loan Ac NO. ___________067) and the NOC was also sent to me on 14.08.2025.
-This amount of Rs.25,000/- was paid after many mails and follow ups. Traffic fines was 3290/- which I paid and they returned much later. again after end number of followup mails.
2) From the balance amount payable to me, another Rs.15,000/- was on hold towards the RC, till the RC transfer process is completed. It has been 102 days since the sale but still the hold amount has not been cleared.
Now this RC transfer is not being done by whichever department. I have sent the NOC and relevant FOrm 35 to the buyer, to the advisor initially and ONLY after that document was released they released the 25,000/- and now again recently an advisor messaged me and the buyer of the Car for the NOC and Form 35. I again sent the NOC and Form 35 and again there is no response from CARS24.
Because of CARS24 my EMIs and loans are effected and their delays are causing too much of stress. How do I get them to return my money.
