During the renewal process, the disease “Pityriasis Lichenoides Chronica” was wrongly mentioned under the name of Eknoor Kaur daughter of shamsher singh. This disease was never disclosed by us, nor does Eknoor Kaur suffer from it. This incorrect medical declaration was entered without our consent or knowledge by the Policybazaar representative.
Because of this error:
1. My health insurance policy has not been issued.
2. One of my genuine medical claims amounting to ₹39,190, in the name of Simranjeet Kaur wife of shamsher singh under the same policy, has been rejected.
3. My family is facing unnecessary financial loss and harassment despite having valid coverage.
As soon as I became aware of this mistake, I immediately took action and informed Care Health Insurance through email:
- First email sent on 03/04/2025
- Reminder email sent on 06/04/2025
However, till date, I have not received any response or resolution from your customer care team.
Because of this error:
1. My health insurance policy has not been issued.
