Dear Sir / Madam,
My self-Ashwin Chandrakant Ghorpade, Age 39 From Pune Maharashtra. Since 2020 I taken health insurance Policy of Care Health Insurance. My Policy No - 18103833. From Sep 2020 to 28th Aug 2024 Never raise any claim against this policy. On 29th Auh 2024 1st time I'm Hospitalized for 6 Days. Accordingly, policy norms i informed to care health insurance, for hospital admission & reimbursement process. After discharge from hospital i submitted all documents to care health along with hospital report, internal treatment paper, invoice & paid bills by Hard copies at BO Pune & softcopy on app system with mail. Since Sep 2024 to till date, they denied my claim & rejected my reimbursement payment around 55-60K. I paid insurance premium in the past 4-5 years regularly. within 4 months I'm not gating proper response or reimbursement payment from care health insurance company. So, i requesting to you sir / madam, help me into the same case for reimbursement payment. Policy Number - 18103833. Claim No - 94856653. IRDAI Token Number - 11-24-017409.
