Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind attention that my daughter was admitted to the hospital on 11.10.2025 due to Typhoid.

After her discharge, I submitted all the required documents to the healthcare agent. However, the agent submitted the documents after approximately one month. Within 15 days, the claim was closed without any prior intimation to me.

I have been trying to contact the concerned persons regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any positive response. I have been informed that a letter from the treating doctor is required, stating the medical necessity of hospitalization. I have given all the documents and letter which they have asked.
