we are leaving in thanjavur,Tamilnadu we are using Mahindra XUV300 for past 4 years From begining
we are servicing at SRS MAHINDRA THANJAVUR dealer we are facing so many problems with them
Service is very worst cum worst, no responsbilty showed with all level of pupils working there
Recently we faced a problem that we r going from TNJ TO CHENNAI we travelled 60kms Car showed
Engine symbol near the KM and Fuel consumption so we contacted thanjavur Dealer he never helped
told to go nearby showroom but it is so far from where we stopped then we personally find out
private workshop temporarily and then we adviced by Pondichery showroom the problem is must
changed the Air hose in the front Ballet hose no stock there then they adviced go to Chengalpattu
showroom the problem solved at very late as our car never response to that atlast we reached chennai
at 12.00 pm midnight.
In future we have more plans to buy mahindra vehicles if this the story then how to service our vehicle in TNJ SHOWROOM We have to stop Purchasing yur vehicles.
