Dear Sir,
My car, a Hyundai I10 bearing the reg no DL3CBZ6518 was sold on May 17, in 2023 to CARS24 and with all necessary clearance supported by sale documents provided by CARS24.
It has been now almost 3 years since then Cars24 has not been taken the RC transferred in their name after several e-mail reminder and it came to know by multiple car dealer that the car has been sold multiple time by them and the car RC is still under my name.
I have been receiving several calls from car dealer and whom the car has been said to be sold multiple time and car ownership has not been transferred yet to them and the ownership is still with my name. The dealer is now keep pushing me to give them the NOC whom I never sold my car. This creating lot of harassment and loosing peace of mind due to the action has not taken by cars24 to get the car RC transferred in their name as per the policy agreement in the cars24 seller protection policy outlined.
I would like to re-iterate on this platform that as my car was sold to cars24, I am not responsible for any kind of damage or used in crime activities made by any user used my car at any point of time.
Kindly help to take this case in consumer court and help me in taking an action against cars24 to get the car RC transferred to cars24. I am sharing the sale documents for your record.
