i had given my car to a guest through zoomcar app, my car is accident by guest and car is not retuned yet , i lost aprrox. 300000 INR TILL DATE
 
Dear Sir
I have attached my car in to Zoomcar plateform due to loss of my job. I have given my car to a person as booking alloted by company. My car is accident by the guest on 18th Feb. 2025 in ballia Uttar Pradesh. A FIR is complaint against my car. The person is not available after accident and company not make any help in my car releasing. Several email have send and always reply received our legal team is working on this. Now I am releasing my car after making my friends driver. Now I am lost approx. 3Lakhs and still case is running in ballia court.
Can I file a case against Zoomcar or the person take my car through the Zoomcar app.
