I wish to inform you that I had taken admission in Zell education for ACCA course on 10-12-2025. The ACCA lectures started on 15-12-2025. After attending first 2 complete days of the ACCA lectures, on 3rd day 17-12-2025 I informed Zell counselor Mrs. Sonam to cancel my admission over phone call. After informing the same to my counselor, she didn't update me on my admission cancellation. I dropped a mail to team but in response they are not cancelling my admission.

Zell Education has issued a Personal Loan on my name from Aditya Birla. I am still a student pursing B.Com. I want Zell to cancel my admission and refund the loan amount either to my personal account or to aditya birla loan account.

I need your help to cancel my admission. I have attached the email communication and Mrs. Sonam phone number below for your reference.

We have carefully reviewed the details of your complaint against Zell Education, Andheri East, Mumbai.

As per your submission, you took admission in Zell Education for the ACCA course on December 10, 2025, and the lectures commenced on December 15, 2025. A particularly concerning aspect of your complaint is that Zell Education arranged a personal loan of ₹2,00,000 in your name from Aditya Birla Finance, even though you are still a student pursuing your B.Com degree. You are seeking cancellation of your admission and a full refund of the loan amount, either to your personal bank account or directly to the Aditya Birla loan account.
