I booked a cab through Uber from noida past month as it was very late the driver only agreed to drop if I paid him in cash. Since i booked the cab and payment mode was selected as online the driver told he will change it after I pay him the amount. So I did so. Now when I was booking cab a few days back I see the charge still pending on complaining about the same to the company they told they can not do any thing and I will have to pay. And now they are saying that they have made an adjustment earlier which i can not see anywhere. They also do not have a customer support no so as to connect with them the only way is through kessages which are responded to in 3 -4 days.
