Om 22nd February 2026, at around 8:30 pm, I have ordered some items from the burger king app which are listed as per the invoice attached. The time is mentioned as well on the invoice. The expected delivery time was showing at around 9:15 pm. I waited till 9:30 pm for the order. After that I started calling the restaurant from the contact number in the app. The the restaurant phone was switched off. I also tried to get the status from the burger king chat feature but the app said to register a complaint on the customer care email. I was already very hungry. After getting fed up, I ordered from Zomato. At around 10 pm, a call came from the restaurant that their was some issue regarding delivery man so the staff will deliver the order themselves. I said the person that i don't want the burgers now and i will file for refund. I have attached the screenshot of the number and time. I registered the complaint on the customer care mail id on 22nd February but no response came from the Company. I further placed a complaint again on 25th February 2026 but no response from the Company.
