I purchased Internet connection(0183-2994810) from telephone exchange Rajasansi in December 2024. In March 2025 my bill was increased from Rs.566 to Rs. 684 without my consent. I complained to customer care but no action was taken. I stopped paying bill. My connection was disconnected. After disconnection I returned their equipment personally but they did not returned security amount of Rs.1000/- which their vendor took for me for equipment. Now they send me bill of Rs. 684 every month and keep sending reminders on my whatsapp no. Please take necessary action to save from these difficulties.
