I am from Kolkata, India .
I have spent a night at Aristocrat hotel (Newtown Kolkata) . I want to complaint about mainly how they're making the guest drink tap water filled in unsealed bottles. I was thirsty for a while after my check-in at the hotel around 3 in the noon. But after calling house keeping for several hours I still didn't get any bottle of water after which I had to get down to ask for it then they came up with two bottles of water which were unsealed and when I drank just to quench my thirst I literally felt the bottle was filled with tap water .To my utter surprise since morning I am having stomach upset as I'm myself a medical professional, l can clearly say that it was the water which has caused the trouble. Along with this the room was miserable and dirtier than a local lodging house for which they charged such huge amount from me.
