Greetings of the day
The undersigned humbly would like to submit the following in good faith for your consideration and guidance please

(a) Rs 4999/-was paid to No Broker Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd on 02 Apr 25 for availing legal services till the end of case as assured by rep over the phone which also got verified by their internal records but not honoured till date.on false pretext each reply of the case would be charged Rs 4999/- which is totally violation / contrary to the initial assurance based on which the amount was paid towards their legal services/ assistance.
(b) mails and audio recordings are available to support the above
May I humbly request you to guide me to bring this to the justice and for the knowledge of every common man

Based on the assurance by Ms Bhudevi Manager No Broker legal services that the cost of Rs 4999/- is for the entire correspondence by advocate thru whom a legal notice was supposed to be issued locally to my own residential association as they had damaged my sewer line on which a small speed breaker was built to avoid sewage water from a adjacent colony causing water logging due to which bywalkers particularly school going children got affected apart from over speeding by passers in front of my house . A letter sent by association towards reply to the only one letter sent by no broker assigned advocate whose drafting was also done by me . when I shared another draft in reply the letter received from my association based on false charges on me, advocate and my relation ship managers ( who were changed several times without any reason) kept mum, till I started to followup with No Broker as I was about to get admitted for a surgery, I came to know thru a new relationship manager Yashwant ,that I need to pay again Rs 4999/- becoz thats the price of each letter which was told to me , initially .
