Date- 28TH April’25- Bookings Made For 24TH May 2025 and an advance of INR 10500 paid to Solitaire Resort, Mussoorie via UPI (PayTM)
Date- 28TH April’25- Booking Confirmation received along with Cancelation Policy, clearly stating that if the booking is cancelled more than 15 days in advance, the refund will be processed, and only a 10% deduction will be made. Below are the highlighted details:-
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Cancellation before 15 Days to check-in date then 10% of the total billing amount will be chargeable of total booking amount .
2. Cancellation between 15 Days to 7 Days to check-in date then 50% of the total billing amount will be chargeable of total booking amount .
3. Cancellation in less than 7 Days to check-in date then total booking amount will be chargeable of total booking amount .
Date- 8TH May’25- Cancellation request was made 17 days in advance and refund was requested by the consumer (Gaurav Aditya)
Date- 9TH May’25- Cancellation was denied by the Hotel.
Date- 9TH May’25- Telephonic Conversation with the Managing Director (Abhishek Girdhar) who again denied the refund. Consumer (Gaurav Aditya) informed that he will go to consumer court.
