Nearly today is the 16 th day I am following up with the service agent Reliance resq team till now they have not solved my ac issue, instead they sent there under knowledged engineer who at first time visit wrongly diagobised the issue and told that motor fan is repair has to be replaced and he ordered with bpl and collected 590 rupees from me only for visiting my place.

Next week another engineer came who came with new fan motor while replacing the fan motor, that engineer found that fan motor is working well but the indoor pcp is problem, again he ordered for indoor pcb board, again after a week the same engineer came with new pcb board after installation he said the new board is defected, again he ordered the indoor pcb board and I also called call center and asked for chenge the both the pcb indoor and outdoor board to be changed as it comes under warranty for 5 years
As I bought my ac on 27 March 2023.

As per today it shows in resq app that my parts have been arrived at service center at Chennai.
When I called thses service center person they informed that only outdoor pcb board is received, not the indoor pcb yet so I hva ero wait for next two days.


I am pissed off, and harrased by the service they are providing,
I need to change my old ax with new ac or I want them to pay back my money back

First Step

Before proceeding to the Consumer Forum, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the BPL, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to repair the AC within 5 Days else refund the amount and also ask for the compensation. This step not only gives BPL a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.

Please wait for a reasonable time for their response. If they do not respond or fail to resolve the matter satisfactorily, feel free to reach out to us again. When you do, kindly include a copy of your email to them and any response (if received), so we can guide you on the next steps.

If you have already emailed to BPL Customer Care and not received any reply, please share details.
